The debut CD from Rick Duke
|
Acoustic guitarist and singer/songwriter, Rick Duke, evokes a lyrical style reminiscent of fellow Southern artists James Taylor and Mike Cross,
with instrumental arrangements born from a synthesis of folk-rock, rhythm and blues, and
contemporary jazz influences. The end result is a unique listening experience.

Sample some of my music:
The following tracks are included on my self-produced CD entitled, Second Son. It's forty minutes of music over eleven tracks, featuring eight original works, and three covers of Steve Howe and Greg Lake. Some sample tracks have been provided for download and are indicated with hyperlinks. All were recorded, mixed, and premastered from my Tascam 788 Portastudio. Guitars played are my Taylor 314ce and 614ce. These MP3 samples are encoded at a modest 128 kb/sec in the interest keeping file sizes small to reduce download times. The audio CD tracks will yield a significantly higher fidelity. Enjoy! -Rick-
